I absolutely love these Gummies. I’ve been using them for about six months and I do notice a difference in my skin and my hair seems to finally be growing. The taste is wonderful. The only issue I had was that when I received them, they were kind of all club together in the bottle so you gotta work at separating them. I still give these a five star though.

I can't guarantee it works for everyone, but my hair has gotten much thicker over the past year of using this. The balding spot has been covered up completely, thank Goodness. My fingernails are no longer brittle, I've never bitten my nails, they just were too thin to keep from breaking. Now, they are fast growing and hard to break. That's a gift at any age. I'm happy with this item. I was using the gummies and then read that the actual pill may work better for some people due to absorbing more evenly. The pills work great; the gummies work but not as well for my genetics. Amazon is actually the place I've found them at the best price during promotions. Some local and popular stores are dollars more.

Cane stuck together and look dry. They have a weird smell and taste too. I think they are old so I’ve returned to request a new bottle.
