Wrangler Boys' Western Solid Snap Shirt

This shirt is the stiffest, hardest shirt I have ever encountered in my life! We thought it had cardboard packed with it but it didn't, it was just the shirt! My son cried when we tried it on him because he said it was so stiff it hurt him. We bought the shirt for Christmas pictures and now have to find another last minute. I am attaching photos of the shirt standing up on it's own. Needless to say, it's going back.

This shirt could have stood up by itself out of the box, everyone who saw my grandson open it up made jokes about how stiff and uncomfortable this shirt looked, this is not the right size for a true size 10 boy, it was itchy, and must have had so much starch in it, a scarecrow would have been uncomfortable wearing it. Nice try Wrangler but I think your quality, price and buttons are over rated, try a Gioberti western shirt instead it even has pear finished type buttons

The shirt arrived stiff, but three washings made it more comfortable for the boys. It fit as expected and is a favorite shirt with the grandsons!They really like the pearl snaps. I will purchase more of these as the boys grow. From experience, these wrangler shirts get softer with use and washings and become an old favorite. My sons still have theirs from their teens and still wear them when they can.

The shirt is beautiful, true cowboy style! The only problem is that it arrived very stiff. After a few washes, along with quite a bit of fabric softener, it is still as stiff as day one. My son needed it for his Cinco de Mayo program, and while he was dancing I could tell he was very uncomfortable in it. He could barely move his arms! I had trouble ironing it as well. It was only soft and manageable when I sprayed it with water before ironing it. Tried streaming it as well and no luck, still hard as a rock.

This is the HARDEST shirt I have ever bought. My kid couldn't even wear it because even after washing it 4 times, it was like a cardboard box that was itchy. I dont know what you have to do to break this fabric down but I have a feeling he will have outgrown it 30 times by the time its even kind of soft enough to wear.

I bought this shirt last year for my grandson. It is sewn well. Held up through the whole winter. Just bought another for this school year and I plan on buying a size bigger for next year. He loves it. It's warm and comfortable. It was his favorite shirt.

I've been a "pearl button" shirt fan for decades, but finding on that had a Western cut for my son proved difficult. This shirt exceeds all expectations. Well made, solid construction and looks fantastic. No doubt he'll outgrow it before he wears it out! Awesomeness personified.

If you need a frisbee, you could take a really sharp pair of scissors, cut a large circle out of the middle, then use the circle as a frisbee... or perhaps a plate; however, do not use as a shirt. This item is horribly stiff, like cardboard. Even washing it does not help!
