Have been so busy of late - laptop I'm using is doing updates and windows keep popping up as I'm typing etc. The width inside the drawer with all the tubs out is 345mm to 348mm depending on your tape measure, front to back it is 240mm and then 10mm deep. The front to back is measured in the middle of the drawer itself as the yellow handle inside the drawer goes back inside the drawer and that leaves a small area either side at the front of the drawer, so on either side of the front of the drawer interior has a space of 75mm x 30mm x 100mm. To give you some idea, I have just put a 5m tape measure into one of those spaces and it fits in, but the larger 8m tape is too big for it - but this isn't easy to describe so I hope you can follow my attempts to describe it. The large tubs you get in it are 150mm x 100mm x 85mm that is the length, width and depth of them. The small tubs are 100mm x 75mm x 85mm and again that is L, W, D. One thing about the lids on the tubs is that they each have a main opening side and then a smaller opening side that seems to be there for putting a label on the tub to indicate what you have inside each tub. So the lids are not just one whole lid and when mine arrived there was a piece of white card that you could then use inside the smaller section of each tub lid. Finally, the lids are a good tight fit, so they don't pop off as and when. You need to use a bit of force to open them and only one section opens when you do so you need to again use force to open or take off the lid completely. The drawers slide in and out with ease, and latch to stay closed. I especially like that I can change out one box, so I'm not lugging around tools that I don't need for a specific job. I can keep specific tools in specific boxes, and change the stack of boxes to fit my needs. The Tstak System makes for a great toolbox.Even if you're trying to find storage solutions for other things, like craft supplies, these DeWalt Tstak System boxes can still help you stay organized. I especially like the drawered boxes for my craft supplies. I have a 4.5 foot tall mix of the deep single drawer, and the double drawer boxes. They sit on the attachable DeWalt Tstak Dolly, so I can easily move the stack from a closet to my craft table/bench, and back again when I'm finished.
