Quick and easy bean sprouts
If you're into nutrition and growing your own food then this is a great option. It only takes five days to grow a tablespoon of these sprouts in a mason jar or gallon size zip bag, no soil needed. I sprinkle them in salads, add them to sandwiches and omelets. Many grocery stores in my area don't sell bean sprouts anymore, but I love the earthy crunch. A little goes a long way. This is the only brand I've used, but I'm happy with the quality and since they sprouted very quickly, I'd say they are fresh. Through my research I learned that sprouts have more nutrition and health benefits than in their mature state. A little goes a long way so I'd say they are a good value for the money.

Looks like almost complete sprouting.
This package comes in a resealable pouch and are easy to pour or scoop out the beans. The beans look like they almost all sprouted. The sprouts taste a little nutty with a hint of beans .I will try cooking some to see how they taste cooked.

Great Emergency Food
Mung Beans make an excellent emergency food. They can be cooked like legumes, but they can also be sprouted very quickly to a very high nutrient food. Yupik has the best price for Organic Mung beans that I have found, the package is huge and will last you a while.
