The sustained sequential write speed is approx 28MB/s **Q: Will this work with a sony bravia kd-55ag9 oled tv?** A: I have the 64gb version of this plugged into my sony bravia 55 for recording and it works great. **Q: sandisk have a reputation for going 'read only' (this has happened to me). Is this also prone to that ??** A: Mine didn’t go read only, but was completely undetected after a few months of use. **Q: The blurb says it includes sandisk secureaccess password protection. if i format the drive to ntfc will the password protection software be lost?** A: Yes I am sure it will. It did for me. Formatting wipes the slate clean. You could perhaps copy the software before formatting and then reload afterwords.
