I am 5'4, 110lbs, waist is 64cm. I got the S and I am glad I did because I could barely get it up past my hips, but once I did it fit perfectly! The only thing with the thong style is that the fat that gets compressed in the "lovehandle" area rolls out in the hip area (where the compression suit ends). It's visible enough that I would have to wear another compression piece for the hips on top to achieve a smooth hourglass silhouette. And I am already considerably thin and have a low body fat, so I imagine curvier women would experience this issue as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Odd Fit. I Would Pass On This Purchase *by A***A on 13 September 2015* Great that the shaper comes with the adjustable straps, but the hold is odd. It's super tight around the thighs and hips but lacks control in the tummy area. I'm sure that's what we're all buying it for, so I won't be purchasing this brand again. I ordered a different brand in case I didn't like this one. It's the "Nearly Nude Women's Ultra Firming Seamless High Waist Thong." Rolls some at the top, but works MUCH better and is super comfortable! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Ok.
