I needed it for outdoor trek stairs. The transparent tape had dirt all along the edges, and the edges curled up and the tape cracked within a year. But, the textured size is pretty slick and is not antislip as expected. It might work if you attach this tape to both sides. It's more antislip when rubbing against itself, but not antislip against the materials I've tested against. I could not use this for my intended purpose. The rubberized antislip products are much better.
