Sound quality is loud and very clear. the microphone seemed worked very well. No complaints from my customers. I prefer leather cushion but it's foam cushion. However, foam cushion quality is fine. Another spare one is nice. Have not had a single person tell me they can't hear me. Have tried other brands of headsets and these are by far the best I have came across. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear for eight hours a day the Mic holds in the position that I like .you can adjust the ear phones to fit very comfortable to you head.
