The good ratings are because of company trick of giving free shaker to give 5 stars. It's the worst tasting mass gainer I have ever used. Absorb is the best tasting mass gainer and sjows great results. Sinew is also better and way cheaper. Ths is only sugar and chocolate. I wanted to try something new but ended up with crap. buy absorb or sinew or just go with any international brand.
