The label suggests to use twice a day, but, I have only been using it in the morning's. I noticed a difference after the first use.

I didn't have discoloration concerns about my teeth as they were already nice and white prior to using, but because I've always been into keeping my teeth white, I decided to purchase and see if this would take my teeth up a notch or two. Annnnnd it did... What I love most about this product is that it's natural. It feels good on my teeth amd gum. While brushing with it, I can feel how my teeth and gums are becoming squeaky clean. I make sure to brush my tongue with it as well, then of course rinse and follow with toothpaste. The taste is a mild, sweet mint taste which is nice. I love how polished my teeth look and feel immediately afterward as well. After eating, they still feel really clean. When I rub my tongue across my teeth after meals and even during the next morning (yes, sometimes I'm guilty for going to bed without brushing), my teeth still feel clean and look polished. The only not so favorable thing is that of course, it can be messy but I brush with my mouth closed so that big possible mess is avoidable. Whatever product gets on your mirror, counter and sink is easily removable. It doesn't stain. Also, using this product everyday when/if your teeth are already a pretty good shade of white can cause your teeth to turn yellow as it can become abrasive to the enamel and reveal the dentin material underneath. If your situation is similar to mine, I would only use this product once every few days or once a week.

This product is absolutely amazing. I love it. It's affordable compared to other types I looked at and the natural products amazing! it's such a clean product and that's what I was looking for, but it's something I can afford ! I use the product 2x daily I also use the bar soap and I do have excessively dry skin on my face and I am able to use this morning and night and my face not in pain from being dry.... I'm very grateful.).

I did notice that my teeth became 1 shade whiter after using this powder for a week. However, as other reviews have stated, it is VERY MESSY. My whole sink and counter is covered in black after using it. I'd rather get the toothpaste whitener.
