I have had injections, once it worked well for about 6 weeks, the second time it didn't work at all, tablets and gels won't touch the pain and I feared this is what I now have to live withhowever, I saw this product advertised and was extremely sceptical. I read the reviews and majority were pretty positive, the odd one a bit off, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway even with the hefty price tag.I used it a few days and wasn't particularly pleased but I persevered, then suddenly I realised my hip wasn't out so far and and the pain was only mild, I didn't want to get my hopes up, but then a few more days in and I couldn't believe how much better I was coping.Now I've bought a double pack as I wear day in day out, it's expensive but it gets cheaper the more u buy, and I have now decided that this hi the way forward for me, it's not perfect but it is the best thing I have ever tried for my painif I over work myself cleaning or something then I do still get pain but it's short lived, however it only works for me with the back issue, the sciatica hasn't changed, so my view is its more than halved my problems so for me it's worth every penny so I will continue to buy as long as it works.It comes with an elasticated belt and two velcro discs to secure the magnetic loop, which I used to start with but on some clothing it did show thro, but then I realised my pain is lower back pain so I realised I could use just the velcro strips on the back of my briefs and it is now so discreet no one knows I'm wearing it, unless I wear something quite fine like when I yarwood holiday with a thin cover up, then the tiny green light does show through but this is rareI never usually post reviews but with this item I feel it's important to share my experience in the hope that others will find the same relief, I think the key is to perseverance, I think the few negative reviews I read were probably from people impatient and not giving the time it needswell that's my view, it's a long review I know but I felt it needed it to fully understand its benefits.Good luck. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Did not sleep for nearly a year wth terrible shoulder pain *by M***S on 6 March 2017* Did not sleep for nearly a year wth terrible shoulder pain, this actipatch is a miracle.
