Cook the falafel following on pack directions. 2. Prepare the cous cous as directed on pack and leave to cool. 3. Lightly toast the pitta pockets and cut the top off. 4. Fill the pitta pockets with cucumber, tomato and the little gem lettuce, place the falafel on top and drizzle with plain yoghurt. 5. Add a handful of chopped mint to the prepared cous cous and stir thoroughly. 6. Serve the pitta pockets with the cous cous and your choice of houmous. Cooking Instructions (General) - All cooking appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
