I love everything about this heating pad. I suffer from chronic pain and heat helps a great deal. I use a heating pad literally every single day. Finding a well made heating pad that would last was incredibly important to me. I loved this one so much I have bout 5 and keep a spare on hand just to ensure I have a backup if I need it. I have 2 that have gotten constant daily use and only just had one start to have issues (giving an error message when trying to turn it on) but it was a workhorse for over 2 years and the other one is still going strong with the same amount of use (I tend to use one on my back and one on my front for Chronic Pelvic Pain) so I am very happy with this product. I love the LED screen with precise temperature control and being able to set it on a timer. I have actually gotten a thermal burn before (it’s very strange and looks/feels nothing like a regular burn so do be careful and look for any skin discoloration) so that control is very important. The only feature I haven’t tested is it being machine washable. I was honestly very hesitant about it and didn’t really feel the need to use it so I can’t comment on it. I just really love everything about it and couldn’t recommend it more!

This heating pad is so nice.

This heating pad works quite well. It is comfortable with a nice, soft cover. The controller has a good, easy to read and decipher controller with an excellent screen. When first turned on, it defaults to a 1 hour timer. You can easily cycle through other options ranging from 15 minutes to 2 hours. And it has plenty of temperature choices that you can also easily cycle thru. I normally prefer the smaller heating pads which are thinner and have don’t have the big box on their corners. But I couldn’t find one this time around that doesn’t have terrible reviews. It turns out this one is more than adequate. I simply turn it horizontal (for the wide part). This moves the big connector box totally out of the way, and it’s surprisingly quite comfortable. I like it.

Heats nicely, I just wish it had a little more weight to it it. It doesn't have the soothing pressure that a hot water bottle has. It's much easier to use and neater, though.

I ordered this for my shoulder pain, and it worked great for 5 months. When I tried to use it again, it wouldn’t turn on. I contacted the seller even though it was past the return window and was refunded my money.

My heating pad looks perfectly new except it will not turn on or heat up. Went to return and said no return. I want a replacement one for the one I have. Very unsatisfied with a heating pad that doesn’t last more a couple years. My mother had one that was from when I was growing up-I’m 50! Yes it’s rough looking but turns on and heats up. I am not happy with this.

Perfect size, understandable heat control and super soft material.

There’s a large hard plastic part that sticks out at the end and if you try to put the pad lengthwise, it hit you in the back. If you lie on it horizontally it’s fine. Heats up fast, really nice temp. Wish the light would shut off after a few minutes

Útil para el dolor muscular y de muy fácil uso. Tiene buen tamaño para cubrir toda la espalda y la temperatura es muy modulable. Buena calidad de la tela y el control también es bueno
