Good value kit, fan is quiet and powerful. Followed an earlier reviewer's advice and sealed with silicone around the wires between circuit box and fan motor where they pass through the casing.

Broken
I had this put in 3 weeks ago and it has stopped working already, blew the fuse on the upstairs lights as water had getting in to the electrical component on top of the fan. When I unscrewed the top section where the circuit board was it was full of water somehow which has blown and tripped the electrics

Let down by cowl
Overall a decent product which is let down by a very cheap feeling and sounding cowl (outlet) which clatters in even the slightest wind.The light and fan work well and are easy to fit. But for the cowl review would have been 4/5
