This grill works as well as advertised. I just received it on Aug 29th and I've used it twice; once for grilled cheese sandwiches and once for grilled salmon last night. It produced evenly browned grilled cheese sandwiches on the optional griddle top and melted all the cheese slices without burning the bread. Last night's salmon on the included grill top turned out great! 8 minutes on both sides at 350 degrees made a perfect one pound salmon filet. Clean-up is a breeze. You can wash the glass top, grill and griddle tops, drip pan, and water tray in the dishwasher. Make sure you use only wooden or plastic utensils so as not to scratch the grilling surfaces.

I love that I can make 6 regular size pancakes on this thing, 6 filet mignons, 4 decent sized top sirloins--plenty of cooking surface without a ton of wasted space. Even though I am usually cooking only for myself, it is convenient enough to pull out and use anytime, and the clean up is worth it for the results I get. I even use it when I'm only craving grilled vegetables, and it does an excellent job on those, too. Much less hassle than dealing with the bbq, with comparable results.

We live in a condo that does NOT allow grilling indoors or out. The Power XL smokeless grill was recommended by a neighbor. The grill is great. It gives you 2 grilling surfaces. One for grilling and one as a skillet for pancakes, eggs, grill cheese, etc. Each and every time the food grills perfectly without any smoke. Love it

Even though I measured, I was not expecting such a large grill. You can cook a dispensary chicken thighs on this baby! The grill is easy to use. Cleaning is somewhat easy meaning the pieces come clean but there are a lot of pieces! Including a bottom tray you fill with water. I’m still getting used to it, I did overcook the chicken the first time. Because it’s so big you need a place to store it. I had to clear out an entire deep drawer to stash this away since I use a few times a month, it daily. That is the only downside. But I like having a grill to cook chicken, steak, corn in the cob without having to go outside or heat up my kitchen. Good purchase and got an excellent price on Prime Day.

Works great. Only suggestion I have is, it calls for 2 cups of water. I use 1 and a 1/2 cups. I kept spilling the 2 cups when I had to empty it. Works just as good. It cleans up nice. The fan part is hard to clean. I use Q tips to clean works ok. I wish there was a better solution for cleaning the fan as the grease mounts up if you don't make the effort.

False advertising griddle plate does not come with this grill. A call for free griddle just pay shipping and handling slip is included in package but when you call that is also no longer offered. Buy the cheaper model as this is not a product that is as advertised

I like the grill. It is easy to use and is easy to clean. I've cooked a few things on it and was satisfied. The problem is that is does not come with a grill plate like the description says, you have to order it for an additional fee, mine was $15.99. Also it is much smaller than I expected. It says that you can cook 8 large burgers. If you want to cook 8 they would have to be 2 inches in diameter. 4 large or 6 small would be more accurate.
