This is good for your temple hairline that is thin but I recommend a 1.0-1.5 for your a bald spot on head

Just got the .5 today, which is the minimum necessary for collagen growth. I'm using it for hyperpigmentation and mild acne scarring. The pain is tolerable, and I was even able to use it on the delicate skin around my eyes. It was more intense on my upper lip, although not enough to warrant a numbing cream. I applied an ascorbic acid solution right away, and it didn't increase the sting too much. I mix 1tsp cosmetic grade powder to 1 oz of water in a bottle, and keep my miracle solution in the fridge to keep it from oxidizing. This should be a good product to use, as well as pure hyaluronic acid. I don't want to use a product with a lot of ingredients because I'm worried about getting granulomas if foreign ingredients get trapped under my skin. Vitamin c and hyaluronic acid occur naturally in our skin, anyway. Vitamin c stimulates wound repair, and it can be applied daily to your skin. Just don't over do the derma roller or vitamin c, which is highly acidic. I'll try the derma roller every two weeks. It's like weight training- if you do it too much you will break down your muscle instead of build it up. Collagen works the same way.

Great Quality

For a newbie, the sensation was shocking. My eyes watered, my nose ran, I sneezed my head off. It’s not “painful”, but it’s a thing! I’ve used it 3 times in 2 weeks and my skin seems a little tighter and brighter. Make sure you clean your face WELL before using it. (I thought I was clean until I wiped with an alcohol wipe!) One time I forgot to clean first and my face was swollen and sore for almost two days.

It works like magic. I use it once a week as prescribed and in a month i already started seeing the my baby hair on my front hair line started growing. Also, you have to keep up with good diet! I didn't ate salad every day, but i did ate fruits and green vegetables in right quantities.

I use this product for the last 2 months maybe but I can't say I see results yet. I do believe its doing something but it might not be sufficient. It seems that the needles are of good quality. I use it twice a week and considering either go up to 3 or buy the 0.75 needle. Don't hesitate to start right away with 0.5. I've only been doing this for less than 2 months. I do it right after shower when my skin is clean and before putting any creams etc. I deep the needles in 90% alcohol after each use.
