I have an entire setup of cameras from SV3C for years now, my first ones are from 8-0 years ago, 720P resolution, and they still work (been under the sun and rain for almost a decade).So I kept on buying them and renewing the stock for my 2 homes.This one is definitely the BEST CAMERA I tried from them. Adding to the usual great performance of CAM HI app and HiP2p PC client (the camera is compatible), and the outstanding image quality, now we add a superb optical zoom! 20 X....Ia had a 5x one from them and was already amazing, but this one is just incredible.Pros:1. CAMHI is my favorite, easy to setup the camera with the Lan search feature (recommended to first connect with wire to router, then setup the wifi, then take to the final place and install).2. Outstanding case. The camera looks solid, like to last forever.3. ONVIF certified (compatible with any Onvif PC clients like Blueiris and HiP2P)4. Easy to mount.5. Very Good Wifi range.6. Great 2 way audio. The microphone captures noise from far away, it is surprising how far it goes.7. Smart tracking of humanoid form works like a charm.8. Image quality at both day and night is outstanding.9. Continuous SD recording with Web access (thru the app or pc client), without the need of paying a recurring fee for cloud.10. The movement of the camera is fast, and easy to control.Cons.No cons....I honestly don't see a downside on this one. Perfect Surveillance camera.

I've used several SV3C IP cameras over the last several years. Out of all the SV3C WiFi IP cameras, this product was the easiest to connect to my WiFi network at 5 Ghz. It also has the best picture quality and the smooth zoom function. I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of its PTZ features. The only complaint that I have about its PTZ is that there were sometimes noticeable delay in the camera's responses to given commands. It could have been due to the quality of my WiFi router, however. Its dome is made of a thick hard metal shell for protection, and its plastic parts are made of high quality, durable substance. I believe that this product is a good value for your money.

Great picture when it works, constantly disconnected from wifi. No customer service from company available. Do not buy this brand if you want to view it from away. SD card is almost impossible to put in. Wish I could return them.

The media could not be loaded. This 5MP, 20x optical zoom camera is sturdily built in an aluminum shell. It has the same useful features as most other SV3C cameras - good AI assisted recording trigger, the ability to send both notifications or emails upon triggering, and the uncanny tracking of people (see video). The camera is adaptable and feature rich, so it is a good choice if one likes to customize, but also sets up very easily and works quickly out of the box with the default settings. But what sets this camera apart from the crowd it the high quality zoom. And the preset (memorized) positions include the zoom setting, so it is easy to switch from one viewpoint to another. All in all a very useful and easy to use camera.
