How does this compare to the industry standard, Scotch 33?

I can buy something basically the same at harbor freight as well. How well does this stay together for the long term? does it really meet those specifications listed or did they just copy 3M specifications for the super 33 plus? I'm skeptical that this actually has a UL listing.

I see one review complaining of a strong chemical odor. Does it really smell like that?I'm chemically sensitive,but tape doesn't normally bother me.

I have not noticed a strong smell of any kind. I have been pleased with the tape — used a lot worse.
