An excellent easy to use incubator. Able to be set at different temperatures, low on noise and it is nice and compact. Great value for money.

Large enough to fit a 15cm x 15cm x 25cm tall container for bulk fermentation.The temperature stated on the front is just a guide, don’t think of it as Centigrade. Use a thermometer to get accurate readings in the chamber and keep a record for reference later.Liked it so much, I bought the 25 L model as well.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I purchased the incubator for an important project, but when I finally came to use it, the control buttons on the unit were completely unresponsive, making it impossible to adjust the temperature settings.What has made the situation even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. Every attempt to contact the company has resulted in email delivery failure notifications, meaning there seems to be no reliable way to reach anyone for assistance, troubleshooting, or warranty support.For a product of this nature and price, I expected far better quality control and, at the very least, accessible customer service. At the moment, I am left with faulty equipment and no clear way to resolve the issue.Very disappointing overall.

After taking forever to arrive it worked for 2 days before it stopped working, literally sitting there brand new but dead

I set my ferments in the incubator to culture because it is too cold this time of year to start anything. I assumed it would work but upon opening it the next day it felt cooler than what I was expecting. I put a wireless thermometer inside with my culture and it was a full 4C lower than I set it. I considered setting it higher and working from there but by that point I had no way of diagnosing the problem. And for 160 pound it should work as described. 2 stars because the return was easy and it looks really nice. I can't say if I received a faulty appliance but I am not ordering a new one to find out.

Es bueno, lo uso para mis medios de contraste, la temperatura es fija pero para lectura y ajuste hay que medirla con un termómetro calibrado pero se mantiene la temperatura, para el uso que le doy es buen producto, es pequeñ, no estorboso y ligero.

Consistently 27°C in middle shelf when set to 30°C and door is not opened, approximately 0.5°C regulation.
