First you have to paint your project WHITE with 2 coats and then put this on with 1 or 2 coats and then it will glow. If you don't paint it WHITE first it want work. But to give it a bad rap isn't right when people doesn't know how to make it work. Review: NO GLOW AT ALL - I am not sharing a picture here because there is really nothing to share. I would have given “0” stars but the option is not available. I bought two white pots to use this paint and place them by my backyard gate. The first time I applied it was nice and sunny for days. I literally used an entire can on one pot because it was not glowing. For days I continued to retouch to see if more was needed, but even after 5 tries, it just did not glow. No value for the money and returning would have cost $8.
