Can this be used for the small Russian tortoise ?

I have 3 leopard tortoises and one male Russian tortoise. The Russian tortoise will not eat the Mazuri LS pellets.

Is this the sulcata diet food?

I feed it to my sulcata. It’s the low-starch diet that’s best for sulcatas. I mix it in with Timothy hay pellets for a better balance when my tortoise is stuck inside for the winter.

Can you buy a bigger size bag?

yes, you can buy a larger size I used to buy a 1 Lb small bucket and that worked well for my Tortoise you just have to shop around since the small bucket is no longer available I get the small bag. Hope this helps answer your question.
