This stuff is incredible.

We have been tired of purchasing balsamic vinegar and then finding it was very thin and lacking in flavor. We purchased this 2 based on recommendations in other reviews and indeed it was great! This vinegar is thick and full of sweet flavor. Great to use on a caprese salad or any other application where you need the flavor and constancy to stand out rather than disappear. This is our 6th bottle over the years and would definitely recommend the purchase. It is not the cheapest vinegar out on the market but the value for the product is fantastic.

This is what balsamic vinegar is supposed to taste like - depth of flavor is amazing. It’s expensive, but you get what you pay for, and a little goes a long way. When I dress a salad with it, I don’t bother with any oil. Also great on strawberries for dessert.

Excellent on a Greek salad and you only need to drizzle a bit so it lasts quite a while.

This balsamic vinegar is delicious! It is thick and rich flavored. We use it in salads, drizzle it over grilled chicken and fresh strawberries never tasted better with a bit added to them. We have been enjoying this vinegar for almost 20 years. I always have a few stored with my wine so we never run out.

Best aged balsamic vinegar. Wonderful syrupy pour, rich complex flavors. We keep extra bottles on hand.
