This jig makes life easier
This jig is going to make my life soooo much easier when it comes time to finish the install. I can't believe I waited so long to pull the trigger on this purchase, and I can't wait to use it!

Poorly made, witness marks and numbers are faint
I don't know why other customers are so thrilled with this product unless they receive the different version of it than I did. The product I received had markings that were so faint that it was clear that once I used it once or twice they would be erased completely. Although I tried to contact the manufacturer on three separate occasions by email to their customer service department and their technical service department there's no response. When I called their telephone number I got an answering system and again no response. Apparently Trend does not believe they have to support their products and frankly don't read the email or understand the problems that are caused by providing a template where you can't read the markings. In the end I'll likely have to return the unit and demand the full refunds. I caution anyone who uses this professionally to reconsider their purchase since it's not suitable for any type of serious Craftsman.

Open box. Missing parts
Paid way too much for key parts to be missing. Both setting gauges are missing, router bit is missing, screws for clamp bar are missing. Totally useless like it is

Mortice jig
It would be good if another clamp attachment to hold the jig into position

The pack arrived sealed but without the clamping bar..
I got the TREND B adjustable mortice lock package sealed and looking unharmed but opened it a week after the delivey. To my dismay the clamping bar was missing from the cardboard box. It would be silly to send the pack back to the seller for a very simple item. The postage would cost more than making a similar piece . However without the adjustable clamping bar the jig is useless. So I wish the TREND send me the missing part as a reasonable solution.

brilliant piece of kit great timesaver when set up

NOT metric
Even though product photos showed metric measurements it ended up being imperial which isn't much good for Australian standard products I had to adjust using a ruler which is a pain
