It fits and it works
The filter fits and works fine, but I didn't use the supplied gasked. I separately purchased the reusable silicone type.

Filter great, gasket garbage
Filter is great. No complaints there. Gasket is total garbage. Thin rubber will leak in short time if it seals at all. Do yourself a favor if you order this....order a Fel Pro TOS18688 pan gasket with it and throw the included one in the trash. Nothing worse then having to dump 12 quarts of fairly new trans fluid in the old waste oil bin a couple months down the road when it starts to leak. You can thank me later.

The fit and the price.
I had called one of the local parts stores and they wanted over $60 for a filter kit; filter and gasket. This one was less than $20 and it was here the next day. Looks just like the used filter I removed and the gasket fit the same; no problems.

Exact fit filter
The filter looked just like the original factory filter and it fit perfectly. The included gasket was a bonus although I didn't need to use it because my truck came with re-useable gasket.

Flimsy rubber gasket leaked when isntalled
Filter is good gasket is terrible. Gasket is not firm and floppy causing issues when trying to put up pan. Gasket kept flipping inwards and caused major headache when lining up bolts for pan. I would not recommend this gasket///It ended up seeping trans fluid after 2 days no good

Good filter, garbage gasket
The filter fit well on my 1994 f350 7.5l with the E4OD but the gasket is junk. Tightened the bolts to 12 ft lbs and it leaked everywhere. Backed all the bolts out and had to just snug them in a 1.5 hr trial and error to end up with it still seeping fluid. Cannot get it to stop leaking and have bought a new gasket already. Very lousy quality but no issues with the filter so idk.

No Gasket
You don't need a gasket unless yours is damaged - the OE gasket is reusable. However, if the product is advertised and displayed as including a gasket, I think it's fair to complain when it isn't included.
