Very manual
This is a good product. But I like the quickness of a tool that is faster.

Helped me enlarge the hole of a turquoise bead. 👍🙂 Seems like a quality drill.
I can see the value of this hand drill. Micro driver sets which have philips, flat etc. head bits for screws come with similar tools. This tool is compatible with drilling bits, micro bits for screws and bolts etc., micro pick and hook sets, and more. It's a very versatile tool for micro bits and micro sized objects. The thing to bare in mind is that this tool isn't for heavy duty projects. It's for small and often delicate work. As such, one needs to use a delicate hand when working with this tool. Being overzealous and/or rough with these types of tools will cause breakage. As my uncle Henry would say "Don't dog it."

compact and works great
It is a very tiny drill for drilling very tiny holes. Works great on baked Sculpey polymer clay. Highly recommend.

meh...and that's about it
The good: it arrived. It works okay. The less good: the top does not turn easily, so precision drilling is a challenge. (When you hold the top and turn the drill-body, the top impedes the turn). If this is steel, it's the lowest grade steel I've seen. The bad: The finest drill bits--the ones that you are likely to use often with a tool like this, must be made of scrap steel; three of them broke already (no, I wasn't applying undue force; no, I wasn't drilling into super-hard wood).

works like it should!
I bought this to drill bigger holes in polymer clay beads. the drilling doesn't cause cracks it is easy to clean and it drills in wood, resin, plastic, baked clay, polyresin, dolls bodies.... lets just say no need to spend extra money on an expensive one because this one does work! the sizes are great too, super small! also another fun fact, I have a small hand dremel and I can use these drill bits in the Dremel too. like I bought the same drill bits for the Dremel at home depot and could have saved myself the money by just getting this set!

A must have for resin crafts
this little tool gets the job done! It's sturdy and comes with different size bits. My only issue is not actually with the product itself. I have small hands and I suffer from carpal tunnel. The manual aspect of this drill does get a bit taxing on my wrist. Being as such I went ahead and spent a little more to get an actual Dremel but this tool has come in very handy and when one must be cautious with depth and dimensions I will often Resort back to this tool
