I have Stage II NA Fatty Liver and take a medication that is hard on my liver. I started having itching on my feet, ankles, legs and arms summer 2025, as well as abdominal pain in my right side. I've had my gallbladder out since 2016 so I know that plays a part in my liver health as well. Come October 2025 I started taking this Liver MD supplement and February this year (2026) I have had my ALT fall dramatically into normal range (156 to 43) and my AST (39 to 23) within 4 months and some days. I no longer have itching, no swelling, no abdominal pain. I was skeptical about this stuff but I'll let the results speak for themselves. I’ve had this on a subscription for a while now, and that alone has made a big difference for me.....I don’t have to think about reordering, and I get a discount each time, which adds up. One thing I appreciate is the ingredient combination.....it includes milk thistle (Siliphos) and NAC, which are commonly used in liver support supplements, but it’s all in one product instead of having to take multiple things separately. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong aftertaste, which is always a plus with supplements. What I’ve learned with something like this.....it’s not about taking it once in a while, it’s about consistency over time. Having it set up on auto-ship makes it way easier to actually stick with. I also like that it fits easily into my daily routine without adding a lot of extra steps. If you’re looking for a straightforward supplement with well-known ingredients and want something easy to stay consistent with.....this is a solid option. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it!

It works. Dropped my ALT results from 100 to 50. Previously was taking a milk thistle supplement as recommended by my doctor, and had no change.

My husband and I have been taking this product for three months, I was set up for the subscribe and save option. I found another product that had similar ingredients and was also highly rated. It's price was much different than this product. Then I received a notification that this product price had gone up, so I decided to cancel my subscription. This company has a lot of very good products, the prices are higher than most because the ingredients are high-quality. But since I was ordering for more than one person, I decided that I had better keep looking for something a little more affordable.

I’ve been taking LiverMD for about a month now and I’m really impressed. I originally started it for overall liver support, but one unexpected bonus was that my skin started looking much clearer and healthier. I’ve struggled with dullness and occasional breakouts, and I honestly didn’t connect it to liver health until I tried this. The capsules are easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and I feel more energized during the day. I like that the ingredients are clean and backed by research—it makes me feel good about what I’m putting in my body. Obviously everyone’s body is different, but for me the biggest changes have been brighter skin, more energy, and just feeling better overall. Definitely sticking with this one.

I don’t know if the product works. It caused extreme itching on my skin. I believe it is likely the milk thistle in the pills. I react to some diary products.

I can tell you with absolute certainty that LiverMD lowered my AST/ALT - liver enzymes. I admittedly drink EtoH on a regular basis. My primary care physician wanted me to reduce alcohol intake in order to lower my liver enzymes. I decided to try these out and continue drinking😉 To my surprise my liver enzymes levels dropped with no other changes in diet or lifestyle. I could yap about how I feel better and notice a difference. That is not the case for me. However, there is good data to support the listed ingredients and how they can help reduce liver toxins. I would challenge others to do the same. We can all benefit regardless of lifestyles. Our society is full of toxins. Time to clear some out.
