**Q: Is there an insert that has pockets for credit cards. I do not like to use a wallet?**
A: There is not a specific pocket for credit cards but it does have several pockets on both side and a zipper in the middle where I put my wallet and cards. I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase.

**Q: How to choose the right size for my bag? I cannot find it in description?**
A: You can measure your bag's inner dimention and check with the size chaet(the size of physical item is a little bit smaller than the following size) Or just email your bags size to the seller directly, they would help you get the right size.

**Q: Is the zipper enough sturdy? I am so upset I got one with zipper falling out from others.**
A: Yes, the metal zipper and zipper stop design is nice. I got a large size and have used for more than 1 year and now everything is right.

**Q: I got a wrong size, what can I do?**

I have ordered a couple different type of these to go into my faux military ammo bag I carry around now that I moved down south and there are way less hoodie months so I needed a way to carry my stuff. This organizer is buy fast the best. It's not loose fabric and instead has some rigidity to the outside and middle walls. Many pockets and the added zippered pocket really make it so you can put everything where you want instead of just having all your stuff in a lump pile in a bag. Looks great and lightweight for a great price. And it for my bag perfectly. The slim size was hard to find. This is clearly a buy if the size fits.
