Good product
Use it for visceral massage. It's unbelievably good for this purpose. Not so much for pilates as I still have weak wrists, but will get there eventually

this product is useless, and the customer service is even worst. I have to send so many emails, to return and refund still is unsolved. the size is wrong, the quality is bad, deflated, i ordered two of the same size, one is almost twice as big as the other. disappointed.

The item is awesome I use it for Tai chi ball exercises and throw it up and down about 3 ft from arm to arm for a really good conditioning workout.

Love this ball. I did some review reading before purchasing, but they didn't pertain to the ball, do not put this ball on a wooden table you love unless you want a ring on your table, the ball is plastic and does sweat leaving a water mark. Put it away from animals and sharp stuff if you don't want it punctured or you'll have sand all over the place as they are filled with it and lastly yes they are squishy, this is a therapy ball for people like me who loose grip easily this ball is just right for me. I am loosing weight by using this ball in conjunction with other items I bought here. Thank you Amazon for listening and understanding and even shaking your head a little LOL It arrived on time.
