trying to figure this thing out! It's okay for sit-ups not that impressed with the arms; and I still haven't figured out how to do the bridge exercise without the seat lifting off the floor! I've watched the videos and there is only one way you can do the bridge exercise; if anyone has figured out how to do it without the seat lifting - please let me know!

Easy to use apparatus which certainly helps keep the waist line down . Easy to use and store away . Had one before , they don't last forever but then nothing does .
