Sound staging is a lot better, instruments and singers have a definite location, and I can hear more clearly the natural timbre of instruments, at the expense perhaps of a little enthusiasm and bass extension. I mostly listen to calm music so it’s a good trade-off for me. I was worried they’d be worse or sound a lot ‘smaller’ but no, they are full sounding and objectively better, very happy with them.
