I’m really happy with this melatonin. It works pretty quickly and helps me fall asleep without feeling groggy the next morning. The fast dissolve tablets taste good and are super easy to take. I have tried a lot of melatonin and for me the dissolving ones work way better than the pills that are swallowed. If I have food in my stomach (which I often do before bed), swallowed does nothing. These are really great. They tase a little bitter, but they do the job. I thought I was ordering one bottle and got a case, so now I am good for nearly a year. Great product.

I first purchased this from Costco, and I was super excited to see that Amazon has these. These melatonin tablets are great. I find them more effective than the 5mg gummies for some reason. They taste great and dissolve quickly. A little on the sweet side, but I usually drink water afterwards. I notice they kick in pretty fast as well (around 10-20 minutes for me to get drowsy)! Overall a great value product, considering the amount of tablets you get and how many you take a night. I take one 5mg tablet most of the time, but if I’m really having trouble sleeping, I’ll take two tablets. These last me a long time!

All 12 bottles expired last month. I did try one of the tablets, and it was NOT like the usual product... not very melty and kind of an unpleasant taste. I complained to Amazon and received a refund.

We purchased for our active kids to help settle down at bed time. They say the taste is not bad and usually do not fight us to take it. Works great and will continue to purchase.

Arrived in a brown packing box that has the brand stamped on it. Inside are 12 type 1 white plastic bottles with blue flip open lids. There is a yellow plastic band for tamper resistance. Serving size is 1 tablet. Though I can't take 10mg, I'd be asleep for over 12 hours! Usually, I take 1/2mg of melatonin so I can wake up at 5AM and teach. Still.... paper and foil inner seal Halfway down the bottle, I see a wad of cotton. the 30 tablets barely cover the bottom of the bottle. This ONE bottle could easily have held all of the tablets in all 12 bottles. What a HUGE waste of plastic and so bad for the environment. Very few bottles ever make it to the recycling plants, and now there are 12 of them instead of only 1. This also inflates the cost of the item as each bottle has a price when purchased, along with 12 chunks of cotton and 12 moisture absorbing packets. They smell delicious. This is super easy for a child to open and these would taste like candy. If you have kids, I would transfer these to a bottle with a child safety lid or store high out of reach. Yes, they work. Yes, they taste great. Cost is about 26cents per 10mg tablet .. they are easy to break and large enough to break into 1/4ths .. 2.5 approx mg each. Still far too much for me. But two of my kids (older teens/young adults) take this dosage (or less) so they can relax down at night.
