Pretty good and helps a little bit with back disconfort

I bought this product to help with my posture while at work. It has helped tremendously with sitting up straight in turn activating my core. The "bumps" take a little getting used to but after a couple of days you are over it. I have not tried it exercises or standing on it yet but it seems sturdy enough. The pump and 2 needles that came with the product were a plus and easy to use. I would recommend this product to others.

I really love this wobble cushion – used one in physical therapy and wanted to get one for home use. I'm glad that I purchased this brand because it feels much more sturdy and durable than the brand I was using at the PT office, been using this cushion for about a month now and it has really helped improve the strain on my lower back from sitting at a computer for extended periods of time.

Wobble seat for my daughter doing remote learning. Seat is good, works well. Pump they sent with it was visibly broken upon unboxing. Tried to super glue it back together but the crack was too big. Just threw pump out. Otherwise seat functions, and I’m happy with it.

I like this product because I think it’s been helping me improve my posture and engage my core while at my desk job. The only down fall is the bumpy surfaces in either side! They hurt and I’ve ended up covering them a towel because they are quite uncomfortable
