Can the smaller 50ml tubes be capped and reused? Or do you need to use the whole tube at once?

Hi Blake! Thank you for your question. The 3M 38315 Panel Bond Adhesive can be reused, however we do not have an estimated shelf life for a the adhesive once it has been open.

Is this adhesive somewhat flexible after applied and curing?

Panel adhesive is similar to other 2 part epoxies. It's not brittle and has a little flexibility. Depends on what you are joining. I used it for fattening small patch panels on my street rod.
