I just switched phones for the first time since I bought it and even after having been stuck on my old phone for so long I had no trouble getting it off and it hasn't budged at all since I put it on my new one. The pearl top is a bit scratched (understandably so after almost 4 years) but the color and pattern hide it well. Speaking of the color, it's maaaybe a bit yellowed (I'd call it more of a cream color than a pure white at this point) but it's still super pretty and for all I know it's always been that color. The grip has saved me from dropping both my new and my old phone more times than I care to think about and could well be at least part of why my old phone survived for so long. It won't hold up my new phone very well when I try to use it as a kickstand, probably because of my bulky case and placement of the PopSocket, so maybe keep that in mind if that's what you want it for.
