I believe so. At least it would support my monitor. Not sure how heavy yours is but the trays are very solid.

Does each letter tray have rubber feet to prevent it from easily sliding around if bumped?

The trays are flat, with no rubber feet to prevent sliding. I don’t recall sliding being an issue.

Weight it can support on top rack, and does it fit legal sized paper? Im looking to organize my different sized printer paper.
