What can i use to power the power supply module included in this kit? it doesn't seem to come with an adapter or usb cable.

The power supply module is for powering the breadboard when you are running motors or something else requiring more current than the RPi can handle. The RPi is only capable of 16 mA per GPIO. You power the power supply module with a 9V battery and the included adapter cable. The USB port on the module is an output, not an input.

Is this product compatible with raspberry pi 3? i saw that according to the description the gpio bread board is only compatible with raspberry pi 2

The Raspberry Pi 3 has the same 40-pin GPIO set-up as the 2, so it is compatible.

One review says all projects now include Python code as well. Is this true? Link on Sunfounder's site still only has C code.

I bought this kit after I bought the Raspberry Pi 3B+ in the Spring of 2018. The Sunfounder site had downloads for both C and Python 2 code for it. It was apparent the code there was maybe a couple years old. When I started using the Thonny graphical interface for Python I discovered it required Python 3. I then I had to convert all the included Python 2 code to Python3. This turned out to be relatively easy. Since then Sunfounder has moved their downloads to GitHub where they are kept up-to-date. That means the download from GitHub includes C and Python 3 code. The download there also includes an updated user manual.
