This turned out to be the perfect size and fit for our small downstairs bathroom. I was easy to assemble and includes materials to allow for different width doors. It is good quality and very attractive. I ordered one previously but had to return it because it was just a little too wide to work in the available space.

These take a few minutes to assemble, but they are worth it - they look great and fit well over my coat closet doors thanks to the assortment of foam pads provided to get the best fit.

I like it so far. It was somewhat easy to put together. It fits onto my bathroom door really well. It’s great I can hang something up in there now.

Package Included a short screwdriver to attach the two over-door mounts to the main bracket as well as extra felt pads to help balance it against uneven surfaces. The fact that the included driver is a little shorter than most was useful for me because the ceiling height didn't allow for my normal ratchet driver so I used the one in the box. For my apartment doors, the front-to-back depth of the hook that fits over the top of the door was a bit too deep - my doors are only 3 1/4 thick (not the standard 3 3/4 that most of these hangars seem to be) . I still was able to adequately adjust for the thinner door by adding extra felt pads to the main hook part. You could even bolster it out a bit more by buying some extra thick felt pads, but I don't think it's necessary - it doesn't rattle around. Take care on the clearance between the top of the door and frame - some of my doors fit very snug so I can't close the door - the thickness of this one is a solid 1mm maybe 1/16th of an inch at a push with my tape measure, but I'd suggest allow a little more to be sure. They also include some small wood screws so if you want, you can fix it more securely to the top of the door. My door is not hung level so, on one side I had room for the screw but even with the countersunk holes I couldn't squeeze it on other without hitting the woodwork, but one screw is plenty strong enough to keep it in place. I was able to get 5 large robes on there without any problem, and room for extra stuff laid on top if needed. I'm going to pick up up at least one more for the other bathroom. Previously I was using Command hooks, but they eventually fail with added weight or just over time the glue looses it stick. I'm lazy to keep ordering the 3M stickers for it so I decided to give this over-door option a try and it's certainly a much more robust solution. I would recommend it, and I think the price is reasonable at around $18.

These came repackaged, but I knew that before I purchased them. They are thin enough to work on most doors. They are metal and in my opinion plenty strong enough to hang clothes. These are NOT heavy duty hangers. As others noted the "over-the-door" part of the hanger is wider than most doors. The inside space of this region is about 48mm and most doors are about 38mm (1.5 inches) thick. So there is 10mm that will stick backwards into the room when you close the door. My first reaction was "yuk!", but I realized this gap will actually protect the door from scratches. Mine came with a small rectangular pad to fit inside this over-the-door region to protect the outside of the door (and shrank the gap a couple of mm). Mine also came with at least eight circular pads for the back of where the hangers actually contact the door. So these are NOT perfect but it appears they were designed to not make contact with the door except around the actual hangers. They overdid the spacing (one star) but if you buy these they are quite useable and probably won't scratch your door as much as other similar designs. However the quality control is really poor (I got 3 extra screws and 2 extra pointed screws so another star off for obviously poor quality controls). I'm going to use mine and be okay. Jeez don't hate on these providers. These are just over-the-door hangers for clothes and so they are working.

Love these! Easy to put together and have backing to put on to make it a tight firm fit over the door. I do water aerobics and I can put my swim suits on these, and it makes it look neat not cluttered over a chair. Great buy!

My door is 3' wide and it fit 2. Assembly was easy and came with the tools needed, including a Philips screwdriver. The foam stickers make it easy to adjust to the depth of your door. The instructions are clear and show you where to put the foam stickers depending on the depth of the door. The hooks are sturdy and large. It is very sharp looking. Love them.

Minimal assembly. Strong hooks able to hold outdoor coats and jackets. Looks good too. Great product.
