Royal Purple 05130 API-Licensed SAE 10W-30 High Performance Synthetic Motor Oil - 5 Gallon

I usually not one that buys into all the hype, but this oil is as advertised. My Honda is pushing 150K and the motor has been getting a little louder in the valve area. After reading the reviews I decided why not try the Royal. What a difference it made! My engine runs just as smooth as the first day I drove her off the lot. I swear the motor is more responsive. I dont know about some ppl claiming they get better fuel miles because I stopped worrying about that once I stopped having a car payment. I'm a believer now.

Get oil for all your high performance needs

I generally will run Royal Purple Oil with a Royal Purple filter through my vehicle for 6,000 miles before changing both. This includes off road driving with my 2006 Jeep Rubicon, 4.0 engine..When I dump the used oil, it does lose it's purple color, but is still has a golden tinge to it. It also still produces the desired film you would want to protect your engine. Royal Purple claims to be able to go for many miles more, however, I've never been brave enough to put it to the test. All in all, an excellent oil and filter and I will continue to use it. The only down side is the cost, but remember, you get what you pay for.

Outstanding oil at a great price from amazon. Royal Purple oil will save you money in fuel and help your motor run cooler (due to reduced friction). I have it in my 2001 Dodge Ram with 140,00 miles on it and I am saving money every time by using less fuel.

What can i say, Royal Purple is the best oil I have used. My first name is the same as another company that does not make oil but the additives and I love their products as well but they do not make oil so this is the next best thing. The best part is you just add the oil, no figuring how much to add, etc. It comes in a nice size box that is easy to pack for long off road trips. If you have not looked around and seen a single quart of Royal Purple, they come in a awesome to pour bottle. I will be using Royal Purple forever.

Didn't notice any additional gas mileage like some people claim, but felt good about putting this high grade oil in the car and maybe a marginal performance increase. Didnt have any issues for the 4-5k miles I used this.
