Quality product that makes wonderful meso soup

Excellent product. Only problem is they are fragile and somewhere between your warehouse and my porch over half was broken. Bad business. I'm now looking for another company

Tried these once. Not quite as good as Hakubaky , which have been a staple, but better than Hime I tried at the same time. Hakubaku Somen and Udon are still a bit finer, tastier and easier to digest. Too bad the price more than doubled. Will likely buy JFC again and recommend. A good noodle overall.

I love this ramen. The ramen is very thin almost thread like and has a subtle flavor. They come in small bundles each held with a ribbon and is about 2 servings. They’re good alone with soy sauce or other flavorings or with vegetables, meat or shrimp.

These are easy to cook, are neatly portioned into individual servings, and are a really good price per pound. They are more affordable to buy here (with free shipping) than in any grocery store I've found - for me, they're a go-to purchase.

Product came in a package that did not protect the noodles from breaking. The product package was totally opened at the top. The noodles were what I wanted except the package was open and damaged. Amazon is awesome and reimbursed me for the item.
