Down To Earth All Natural Fertilizers Organic All Purpose Tomato & Vegetable Mix - Plant Food for Tomatoes, Peppers, Herbs and Flowers 4-6-2, 1 lb

I switched to mostly organic gardening last year and bought a bunch of Down To Earth organic fertilizers and soil amendments. They worked very well, but it was a bit of a pain to mix together a bunch of different products (like 15 different products) in the correct ratios. I then decided to get this stuff to make it much simpler. I do mix some other amendments (crab meal, bat guano, etc.) with this, since I have them on hand, and this blend doesn't have everything that I want, but you could certainly use it on it's own and get great results. I bought the 15 lb. bag nearly a year ago and still have about half of it left, so it goes quite a long ways, and I'm an avid gardener. Plants grow very healthy and seem to love this stuff. It does have a somewhat unpleasant smell, so keep that in mind if using indoors. I've found that it will dissipate within a couple days. I highly recommend this product, as well as all of the Down To Earth products. Great company.

This is great for my tomatoes and other veggies

Provides steady feeding for producing healthy plants. Work it in the soil when planting potted plants or gently work it in around base of established plants so to not damage roots. Has a bit of a fishy residual odor and if not worked-in/watered-in after application, it may draw unwanted visitors to the garden, raccoons in particular.
