When I finish cleaning up the contacts I rinsed them with Bausch and Lomb sensitive Eyes Saline Solution until they are clean. I dont rinse them with tap water cause it hurts my eyes and can cause an eye infection. Make sure to not combine two different brands, my optometrist recommended same brand for a cleaner and a rinser.
