The Amazon Essentials Slim-Fit Men's Tank is a fantastic tank to wear as a layering piece, a workout top, or solo if you're ready to get your daily dose of vitamin D. The shirt material is soft, comfortable to wear, and the color is well-saturated. The color doesn't fade, even after several washes, and the material doesn't pill or shrink. The son liked how it has a flattering shape and how it's 100% cotton. While this doesn't make it great for working out since it absorbs sweat instead of wicking it (he sweats a lot when he does hard workouts and says it doesn't dry as fast as other athletic shirts), he did mention how he loves to wear it as a layering tank or just as a casual tank. At under $10 per tank top, it's an excellent value and something we've purchased in a variety of colors since. It's a good quality piece to add to your casual clothing selection.

Great value slim-fit tank This tank is comfortable, fits well, and has a nice slim cut without being too tight. The material feels soft and breathable, making it perfect for casual wear or layering. A solid, affordable option for everyday use.

Photo is after Cold machine wash and quick heat dry. Shirt fit similarly after wash as it did out of box. Not much shrinkage. The fit is slim like listed. I’m 6’1 165 lbs. Large fit good. A little short in torso. But that seems to be common in Amazon Essentials. There is also a little droopy ness in the arm pits as others talked about but it’s not really too noticeable when wearing it. Not enough to stop you from getting this soft comfortable tank at a great affordable price!

My go to for summer wear. Good fit in length and cut if you have a bit of muscle to show. Material is soft and durable. Have washed multiple times and the color and wear are are holding.

I got an extra large and it fits perfectly. Nice quality and I've had a couple of these actually that have lasted me years and multiple washes. Very comfortable and lightweight. The fabric is thin enough to where you don't overheat in it while at the gym but it's not so thin that it's cheaply made. It's pretty much perfect in between thick and thin.

These are nice, slim fitting tank tops for those who like a contoured fit to the body. Color variety is nice and material is soft. However, these tank tops are all **100% COTTON!!! Not 60%, as advertised.** The fit was perfect when I tried the XS on, and I know 60% cotton usually doesn't shrink significantly. Well, after a single wash/dry this became a skinny fit tank top and that's when I noticed the tag says 100% cotton. I checked other colors I purchased and saw the same, all 100% cotton. The shrink really was most noticeable along the contours (under the arm and pectoral area, especially if you are slim and muscular), not so much change to the length. If it was 90-95% cotton and 5-10% elastane, I don't think this would matter at all. However, since there's no stretch, you really better look fit if you want to wear it after a wash or otherwise go with a size up. Would've given 5 stars if it had some elastane to give the material some give with the shrunken "skinny fit." They at least could have pre-washed it if 100% cotton, or better yet - advertise the product correctly.

Great item. It fits snugly as it should and compresses everything in as it should.

Super comfortable. It washed up nicely as well. I don't think its the quality that will last for years, but for the price its exceptional. I will likely buy another in a different color. Cloth is the perfect thickness to look good but not be hot, and overall length is perfect also.
