All of my husbands therapists agree this is the GOAT of gait belts. I almost bought one with handles but after talking with the professionals , I decided to purchase this high quality and relatively inexpensive belt.

Easy to use and big help to keep control and up right when walking the elderly

Great for exercise exercises at home during rehab for us the children hold onto our mother 88 years old mother after a fall and let her walk around her house practice getting her balance back. it’s an extra security safety feature.

The belt is very sturdy and the length provides for wide range of adjustment. Be aware that it is a basic belt and requires some thought to get a good grip. Personally, I will be shopping for a more deluxe model with handles to make a secure grip more possible for me.

Bought after a PT recommended for transferring a family member who is wheelchair bound. Easy to use and great quality, doesn't feel like it will give way. Might need some getting use to setting up but works great!
