I strongly recommend the Pager Genius paging system to anyone who is interested in finding a very user-friendly way to manage the flow and decrease congestion in a customer friendly way. It is well made, attractive and has an extended range. This system exceeded my expectations, I give this system a strong five star and if I was able, I would give it six. Review: Simple to use...excellent tool - especially in the "social distancing age" - I purchased the system for our cafe as I did not want people to gather at the pickup, but rather go, have a seat and wait for their order to be completed. Manual was pretty straightforward. It worked straight out of the box. I had one issue though: There is a choice to "beep and vibrate and flash" or "vibrate and flash" alone. The beeping is just too much and is disruptive... but the manual only told me how to use the "bep0" feature to silence the transmitter unit. Half of the beepers still beeped...I thought I might kill them! Obnoxious. Anyway, I googled "Genius System" and went to their website- which had a chat help feature - which "jumped me" over into a facebook messenger page. I described the problem, and immediately an answer was given. There are little buttons on the bottom of each pager. The ability to efficiently communicate with patients waiting in their vehicles to be seen has been fraught with a legion of difficulties. This pager system entered our organization one week ago.
