The “On/Off” button is a matter of choice. It is essentially an external battery cradling the phone. Two items that resulting in my returning of the product were: 1) the flat face/no bezel on the side of the phone screen. My screen protector was taller than the sides of the case and 2) after taking to top off, to move/reposition the phone in the case, it broke right next to the camera area. It was too thin/poor material and it failed within a day. If you are not bothered by the flat face and will put it on and leave it on, this is a great buy for under $20.
