will this repair a broken door hinge that has snapped by the screws?

Hi I do not think so. It is epoxy glue. Not strong enough to keep door hinge. Buy new hinge is better solution.

Would it be a good choice to bond alluminium and copper sheets (for hob spalshback)?

I have never tried to bond sheet material but I would think it would be possible but would probably need the sheets, which by their nature will be smooth and shiny, to be keyed to provide grip for the Cold Weld.

Dows the work on Alluinium

I used it between a steel pipe and an alloy casting, both surfaces were fully cleaned and roughed up before applying the JB Weld and it worked extremely well. I would think it will work on aluminium although the JB Weld may actually have a harder surface than the aluminium once fully cured.
