Yes this is a cocoa and mine i put it in my freezer for 20 years still good in Yummy; any question send me email. How to use it. one piece of cocoa 2 cups of milk. Crash the cocoa first and heat your 2 cups of milk then pour your cocoa to ur milk and mix it well, there you go. It is a real cocoa ofcourse there is a little sugar in it. Your looking for pure cocoa this is the one or you can start as a seed cocoa with no sugar. This is the way my father make a cocoa when we're young. We had a plantation of Cocoa. And yes the taste of this is good.

It's not pure cacao, it has a lot of sugar in it. Not good for the price.
