These lights are great! Bought them for my new BBQ area and I am not disappointed. Its like Blackpool in my yard, love them and would definitely buy again. Easy to connect, they look incredible, long cable wires between the bulbs. Just waiting to check that they are waterproof! 👀

Looks the part and impressed when on. BUT the bulbs don't last. 5 gone in a matter of weeks and seller not responding to email. Never had led bulbs fail this fast UPDATE 29/1 Have received replacement bulbs no quibble. Upgraded to 5 star for good product and great customer sevice

First the good things about these lights: They arrived well packed and give surprisingly good light with four spare LED bulbs. . For those wondering about installation I have a few things you might want to consider. These lights could be hugely improved with a simple modification. eg. I wanted the lights for a fence going left to right with the power source on the right side. I fitted a stay wire to ensure they were straight and secure.. All good so far but.. The hooks are on one side only and the power can only be connected to one side so I had to fit the lights with the hooks the wrong way round(facing outwards) causing some of bulbs the to point upward and out.. If the manufacturer had a universal connection both end this would make matters much easier. My second point is the connecting lead to the plug is only about 30cm (1 foot) long. This means you need to extend it. I used a waterproof junction box. Thirdly: There are spare bulbs for a reason. They are not great quality, yes they give good light but two of the bulbs broke at the connection between the glass and the metal. Care is needed to not overtighten these bulbs, they can't take it. Overall I used two strings to one junction and the affect is very good around my walled and fenced garden. They were a tad more expensive to similar products but for just under £100 it wasn't a bad investment. I will be interested to see how they fare in the winter weather ahead.

We bought these as our neighbour has them and loved the way they were set up on the balcony. We cable tied them around the balcony and they look amazing however after 2 weeks one bulb randomly popped causing the rest after it to fault. We tried changing the bulb and that worked and then popped straight away, it then gave me a shock. When my partner turned them back on to take a look it started sizzling and smoking. Genuine fire hazard and really concerning. No way for me to contact sellers to try and get a refund so having to leave this review instead if someone can please contact me

A good set of lights and easy to install these have been up for 4 or 5 weeks now in some really windy and wet weather. I have had no issues with them at all. Very reliable and reasonably priced as well, they look great in my garden.

These light kits are brilliant, made my garden look like a huge lit up beer garden, also discovered very therapeutic to my autistic grandson, calmed right down and just stared at the lights and smiled then got really excited, for that reason alone worth every penny, would recommend, only thing we lost quite a few bulbs which we weren’t expecting but you can’t have everything and there were spares.

Ordered these Friday evening, they arrived Saturday morning. They were up on my pergola within an hour or so. Very impressed with the look and ease of putting together. I also like the quantity (46 lights) which is almost double of other lights I looked at. However, that’s it. After a few evenings, several lights didn’t work. Other lights were very dim. Some lights flickered. Others were still working great. Also the glass is very, very flimsy and the bulbs break very easily. Having looked at the returns policy, I decided to return the item in the original packaging and received a full no quibble refund. I think a three star rated is a fair review due to how great the lights looked at the beginning, how quickly the lights failed and how efficient the return and refund policy went.

Having done extensive research into lighting I eventually settled on these as though there were some negative comments overall they got positive reviews. Fitting took a while I had to string them around the pergola total length 12m so had to install a tensioned wire loom to hang them from. Once that was done the rest was easy as every light has a hook to hang it with. Appropriate wiring from an available socket outside and switched on. The light give is really nice a soft white glow which goes really well with the other lights of a similar tone in the garden. Only one criticism the length of lead from the last light to the plug is very short about 2 feet only so when installing you need to take this into account if you do not want to purchase and extension.
