The earrings are about an inch and a half long.

Not sure. They come from the Bali Legacy collection if that is any help.

Are these from real shells? Cruelty-free or harvested?

WHAT??!! Cruelty free?? No idea! Wasn’t there when harvested! If that info isn’t in the description, I’d guess you’d have to contact manufacturer…. I, like many others, merely “clicked” and ordered. They are shell and not plastic and very pretty.

Are these earing considered light or heavy weight

I'm very sensitive to heavy earrings. Mine arrived today and I've been wearing them all day. There's definitely no nickel, my ears would have been on fire already, and I find them to be lightweight enough that they don't pull on my earlobes, but heavy enough to tell me they are of excellent quality. This is a very good deal and I am so happy I found them.
