Excellent product for congestion and after nasal surgeries. I especially love flushing my nose after doing yard work you can imagine the stuff that comes out of your nose after. Fan for life

This is a excellent salt product to use when irrigating one's sinuses. I've used the product for several years with no problems. Each packet has the proper measure of salt to use with the NeilMed bottle. When diluted with water, it makes a neutral solution that does not irritate the sinuses.

Perfect for when you just need the salt and not the bottle. But it’s quite expensive.

This is so nice to have on hand - I don't have to get a measuring spoon out and work so hard to dissolve the salt - this is perfect and easy and affordable. It makes using the netti pot (usually a hassle) much more attractive!
